I'm not doing them this summer anyways. I did see an ad in the Wharton Paper where the city pool is offering them. Not sure what the prices were.

Hmm, thought I got some headway by getting down to 250 a few months back. I gained it all back and the holidays are heading up fast. I got to cut this stuff off now and leave the chocolate alone. Through no choice of mine I have to cut out all dairy products. Before I could manage it but now it's fruitless. Been drinking rice milk. The only thing I can tolerate taste wise. Cheese is bad and no substitute to be found. Hmmphhh.

I've never heard of rice milk SJ. I need some more motivation. I've hit a rut and with the hours of the college's fitness center changing, I can't go in at lunch anymore. It's hard to go after work. I'm mentally drained and ready to go home.

I wouldn't say I've been dieting, but I have cut down and gave up drinking cokes. Which was very hard. Anyways I have lost almost 10 pounds and I feel great.

And it will make you feel so much better. I am going to start working out also. Hopefully this next week. If I can get motivated.

I had knee surgery three weeks ago and am just now able to start walking again. So far I have been able to walk between 30-40 minutes per day. The doctors are telling me that is pretty good .. considering I had both knees done at the same time. They were not replaced .. I had two torn miniscus.

I have now lost 15 pounds. Have about 5 more to go. Still not drinking cokes or eating read meat, except maybe once a week and then I don't eat very much of it. Also started working out.

Proud of you HB!.. Hang in there and never give up...
I'm wearing a pair of 34's that are two fingers loose, first time in about 35 years I could do that... Don't it feel good? (me.. it makes me feel smug and superior..)
