workin' cows this morning (moving 'em out of lower pasture ' rainstorm), sure nuff put an appetite on. For a really big sandwich, with a lots of meat, bread, cheese, ham, tomato, fried chicken, one piece of lettuce, turkey, pastrami, tuna, salami, mustard, egg salad, bacon, jalapenos, among other things. Had enough meat in there to make a vegetarian want to jump in front of a bus ... now for a nap!

Well, I started this thing, but haven't done so well as the rest of you guys. My weight has been up and down like a yo-yo. As I stand now, I'm down a grand total of two pounds. I guess that is better than having it go up.

Hang in there Wrangler!!! Never never give up.. it's just a b1tch from the word go.. I've gained back 17 lbs almost half of what I lost from my orginal overweightnesshood, but I was willing to swap out because I did quit smoking.. sort of expected a gain.. I'm going to rededicate myself to losing this weight as I increase my exercise regimen.. Not wanting to make a big deal out of it (to myownself), and just gradually build up more activity and eat less good stuff I've been comforting myself with since stopping the smoking thing..
GAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

I didn't do good at all today. Special K cereal bar for breakfast, a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch for lunch, and Diamond S Nachos for supper. I gotta do better tomorrow.

DirtyDon's Healthy Hint for Today... Voortman's Almonette Sugar Free Cookies... out of sight (sugar free, not a reduced calorie food) also scored some Sugar Free Sweet 'n Low Fruit flavored hard candy, Sugar Free Reese's PB Miniture Cups, Sugar Free Hershey Mini Bars, and some Sugar Free Nestle's miniture crunch bars... I just may make it thru the weekend..

Well, today is the day! Final Weigh-in. I'm a bit disappointed with myself. The past three months have been a rollercoaster with my weight. I've lost some, then gained some, then lost some, etc. Overall, I lost a whopping 4 lbs. Guess it's better than gaining. I know some of you guys lost in the double digits. Let's hear it! I want to add up the total loss in pounds by WCUnleashed members.

Go ahead and carry a 5lb bag of flour or sugar around for (not a day) but 8 hrs and feel how heavey it is..you did great!!!! Best rule is to do it slow (better chance of keeping it off) If you mess up start over the next day with the same plan.... life style change is the key. (I wish I could learn the life style change) (Congrats to all the people who dedicate themselves) Way to go!!!!
