Ok everyone, I need some internet service. We were with Warpspeed but moved into the new house. We have gotten A t & t but can not get it to work. I was on the phone with them last night after 3 disconnects and NO call backs to me, one toldme Ihad a bad modem so he was ordereing me anew one, one lady told me my warranty was out...HELLO, the modem has been at my house for 1 week in the box UNOPENED! If Ihave to go thru what I did last night everytime I have a problem I do not want them. Can someone give me some suggestions on some providers. Thanks

I use WildBlue via WCEC in El Campo. My service never went down during the hurricane. The installation guys are very good, make their appointment times and are available for tech support after sale and installation. We live in the woods and they were able to set the satillite reciever up so that we're able to use their service in spite of the obstructions. I highly recommend their service.

i have verizon usb... works like a cell phone.. Sprint air card here. I like that I can take it wherever I go- not tethered to a single location.

I've been on Hughes Network for a few years and don't have any problems to speak of. I switched from Direct TV to Dish a few years back because I just thought YK was the worst people I've ever dealt with. I'm very happy with Dish.

i had a problem once with my usb verizon and called tech support, they we're in america and spoke english and they fixed me right up in no time... i recommend Verizon highly... if you're on a laptop you can get the aircard type like the hubby has, i have the usb one cause i dont have a pcmci slot on desktop.. so i hook to a usb port.. its a little bit bigger than the size of a bic lighter. i can hook to the laptop or desktop, to me the usb is a little more flexable that way..
hubby works for TI so he got a hugh discount on the usb and the aircard but not the bill... so they do have employee discounts so if your business in way of computers or something like that, take your id card or your paycheck stub with you and ask them if they offer one for your company.. Rosenberg is the closest place.. 381-387-9065
