Interesting.... 1 large egg white has no fat, no cholesterol, and only 17 calories. Eat up folks!!!
Calorie counts can be listed here, if ya want. I'd be happy to see other stuff posted.

Egg white -- Fat = 0, Cholesterol = 0, Calories = 17 but a whole large egg (yolk+white) has: Calories =70 with 40 Calories Fat; Cholestrol = 215mg proves Vegan's hypothesis that proteins from animals is unhealthy ..BUT.. it beats surviving on lentils and tofu -- Yuk!

Klondike Slim-A-Bear ice creams are 100 calories a piece. They're pretty good too.
