Jesse Ventura has said "Chris Kyle is not a hero" A man who served 4 tours of duty as a sniper, faced the enemy in "COMBAT". Jesse claims he is a SEAL, but that is not quite true......... Jesse joined the Navy in 1969 and was trained to be a Underwater Demolition Team member, became a member of UDT Team 12. To be a SEAL there is another 26 weeks of rigorous training to complete. Jesse opted out on the last part. He was only a Frog-man. Jesse was stationed at Subic Bay, Philipines for a year and a half during the Viet-Nam war and never faced the Enemy in COMBAT. Back in San Diego during the last years of his naval enlistment He became a member of the "Mongols" motorcycle club and would ride his Harley to the base wearing the Mongol colors. Jesse left the Mongols after three years to do other things (Wrestling) . Shortly after the Mongols got into a shooting war with the Hell's Angels and poor Jesse missed out on an opertunity to face an Enemy in COMBAT. Then Jesse joined The AWA and later the WWE to begin his wrestling career Jesse has now been given an opertunity to face an Enemy in COMBAT. Does that give Jesse the right to say someone is "Not a Hero." He's just an "egotistical blowhard" in my opinion.
