I was really surprised when I went to make my utility payment recently at the EC City Hall. The new processing maching is neat and sleek. But, what did it cost? Will it replace a human? Will it save money and help old people like myself make correct payments? It reminds me that our city officials want to modernize the facility for us taxpayers. By the way - what is the explination for the concrete ramps at most of the intersections in town? When will they put in the sidewalks? You know that hundreds of people are waiting to use the sidewalks once completed - NOT!

So it has only been there since August??? Darn it has been down twice when I went to pay my bill. Once I came back later and it was fixed and once had to go inside. The "human person" inside was not out of order.
