My Smoothie Maker gave up the Ghost, so I got a new Oster combo Blender-Food Processor.. Found a new Smoothie Recipe I'm crazy about. what you need 3-1/2 cups milk 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding, or any flavor 1 medium ripe banana, cut into chunks 1/2 cup strawberries make it PLACE all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend 1 minute or until smooth. SERVE immediately. www.kraftrecipes.com/recipes/fresh-fruit-pudding-milk-56677.aspxI modified this to match my diet. I cut it in half. 1 1\4 Cups of Water 2\3 Cups of Non-Fat Milk Powder 1\2 Package of Jello No Sugar, No Fat Pudding Mix (I used Vanilla) 1\2 Chopped Frozen Banana (Peel it, wrap in Saran Wrap, before Freezing) 7-8 Regular sized ice cubes (enough when melted makes about 3\4 Cup of water) Add 1\4 Spoon Vanilla Extract Didn't add Strawberrys, but looking forward to stocking up on Jello Puddings, Vanilla, Chocolate, Pistachio, ...even Butterscotch and trying with different fruits and berries.

It comes out tasting like a Nog... was so tempted to top it off with a shot or two of Rum or Whiskey. Or make a Chocolate one and add some Kalhua or Tia Maria. (or coffee and Vodka or Brandy)

YOW! Just mixed a half pack of Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding powder in with a can of Hill Country Fare Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz.) and 10 ice cubes,,, will add a frozen banana next time,... maybe use a Banana Pudding Flavor and add 1\2 tsp of Vanilla to kick it up a notch

Big Red Float Smoothie 1/2 Pkg of No-sugar, No-Fat Hill Country Fare Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix (3 1/2 tsp) Diet Big Red (fill up to a point where added ice won't overflow) 8-12 ice cubes Blend. Add 1/3 cup of Instant Non fat Milk to make it creamer (Low cal, low sugar, but a hit on the sodium, check ingredients nutrition labels)
