I am a user of Facebook. About a month ago, I could not log in with my password or email address. It says it's invalid. I reply to the "help section" with no help received. This has happened to me a couple of times before, but they have always sent me a new password and have been able to get back on. This time, no one answers me. Has anyone here had any experience with Facebook problems. I would just "kick 'em to the curb", but that is kinda like "cutting off your nose to spite your face." Any suggestions?

I know Facebook has been having some issues recently in regards to logging in, updating status, and general use. They recently, a week ago, updated the interface and A LOT of people are not liking it. They most likely are working on some things trying to get the bugs out.
Your situation may be that or another one entirely. I know that around that time period there was a particularly bad virus or bug that was being circulated via one of the add on type things that people frequently use like Farmville, and such. This particular one I know about was centered around something to do with how popular you ranked with friends. I've heard in the past of other things being used also. Usually the way those things work is they somehow get your password and login and the guy that steals all this information will then change the email address and password in order to 'steal' the profile for whatever reason.
If you can do a search and find yourself and check the profile for the info (it's not listed as private) you may be able to see the email address used. If the profile is stolen you'd be better off creating a new one and being careful in the future about adding the little add on's they have. You could try sending an email to Facebook itself through their contact form and see if you can get any assistance that way. One other issue may be the spam filters your email provider is preventing their emails to get through.
Just a few things to check into and I hope they help.
