which one do you perfer.. the one with the pork or stuffed with plain crawdad or the one with gator, pork blood, crawdads, spices, and rice..

i've had all of those (i think)~i've scratched everything for this evening and i'm going to bake 2 boudin stuffed chickens~i'll let you know how they turn out DD~
