Would it be fair to state that the Texans are not a good football team - again this year! They supposedly improved their team with some new additions and had everyong healthy today when they played the Jets. The Jets are lead by a rookie quarterback and some suspect receivers and runners. But they handled the Texans rather easily.
Kubiak must switch quarterbacks quickly as it was very evident he isn't very good. Missed passes all day. Not drops but really bad throws. I don't think that either Texas team will reach the playoffs this year.

The Texans need to play Tampa, Kansas City and Dallas to get some wins. Those four are the weak sisters in the league, maybe even Seatle.

I think it would be unfair to say that after just 1 game and as far as thinking the Texans could get a win against the cowboys? As bad as I hate the Cowboys I dont think that they are on the Texans level---The Cowboys are above the Texans on every level.

Houston has a good football team, in fact two......Rice and U of H. The game Saturday nite was one of the best college games I have ever seen. It's hard to beat college football. At least with the quality of football played by Dallas and Houston. You never know what team will show up. Houston's win over Tennessee is a little less important since Tennessee also lost to NY Jets. Houston and Dallas look like they will see the playoffs if they have TV's.

Thread title needs revision; Texans are 4-0 now. Will it last, probably not. My Cowboys are not a good team. Will they get better? Not likely as long as they have a mediocre QB and no decent receivers. PREDICTION: Stick a fork in both the Texans and Cowboys, neither is going to the playoffs!

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the Texans are not 4 - 0, they are 2 - 2...

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the Texans are not 4 - 0, they are 2 - 2... Thankx for the correction. Misread box scores, and not being a fan of the 2d "Texans" pro team (Dallas had first which became K.C. Chiefs), I don't watch them. The retread Texans needed a bye week to get ready for rematch with the Titans (aka "Oilers"). Wonder if Bud Adams will flip off the Texan-retreads like he did the Bills last Sunday. ;D

hard to believ that owner hasn't fired Gary Kubiak yet. Texans have good nucleus for a winning team but they need a new coaching staff and a better QB
