had this last night~very good 3 lb. chicken pieces 1 med. onion, sliced 1 med. green pepper, cut into thin strips ½ c. celery, diced 1½ tsp. salt 1 tsp. thyme ½ tsp. paprika 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped 16 oz. canned tomatoes 4 oz. canned sliced mushrooms, drained Combine all ingredients in Crockery Pot. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours (high 4-5). Serve over rice

I will certainly try making this weekend. I dont like leaving my crock pot going during the day when I am not there.

I will certainly try making this weekend. I dont like leaving my crock pot going during the day when I am not there. That's what I feared when I got my first crockpot back in the Early 70's... until someone asked me "Do you unplug your Refrigerator when you leave the house...."
