The Witching Hour by Anne Rice------I was going to wait till I finished the book before I posted any thing on this one but it is such a story I didn't want anyone to miss out if they were looking for something to read. This isn't the ordinary spook book with witches and demons, it is a must read. It spans 4 centuries I think as I'm just on page 385 of a 1042 page paper back book. I feel like I have read 3 or 4 books already as this novel covers one person and then will shift to another then another then it drops back 400 years. I'm sure all of this will come to a big bang at the Witching Hour and so for it has been one hell of a trip.

I was not going to add anything to the first post but------this is such a story. I have finished "The Witching Hour" and now I'm reading "Lasher" the follow up. The first book was over 1000 pages in paper back and it just stopped-----no ending that I was happy with so I had to go to the local library to rent "Lasher" the follow up. It's about 600 pages in hard book.
This is not a book for kids-----these witches like to ride the old broom stick, if you get my drift. It's a great story told in a way that will keep you reading.
