Remember, after you've consumed 35 Grams of Fiber, only 25% of the Fats and Sugars will be absorbed by digestion, thereafter. Fiber Up! recipes.sparkpeople.com/great-recipes.asp?food=fiber+onethe Oven "Fried" recipes for Fish, Chicken, and lean pork make dieting more attractive.. will appreciate some recipes or recipes sites using the "Oven Fried" method..

I love the regular Fiber One cereal....looks like rabbit or hamster food...or so my students say! I use it to snack on during the day and it's been great. Very few calories, LOTS of fiber and it satisfies my sweet tooth too. I didn't know there were recipes using Fiber One. I'll have to try those. Thanks!

Not to interrupt the thread, but I have been eating the Kellog's fruit and yogurt snack packs, 100 calories, and they are VERY yummy!
