I did the Java Upgrade as offered by my Operating system this morning, did it without my glasses on and didn't read the small print. It installed a MSN Toolbar I didn't want.. Had to go to add remove to remove it.. Be Ye Careful!!

I got the same thing this morning minus the tool bar request. It did have a plug for Open Office though.

Humm, not sure if it is related or not, but a few days I responded to one of the pop ups that indicated that there was an update available.... The next day when I booted up, my machine went haywire and I lost my addressbook and database that had taken me years to develop.... And no I had not backed up my data recently so I'm basically taking it in the butt... I have been able to recover most of my e-mail addresses, but nothing else.... Not sure if it was related to the update or something else....
