okay.. no ideas.. here's what I did with two of my 5 turkey legs.. dropped them in my crockpot with two Wyler Chicken Flavored Bullion cubes, 3 carrots chopped, 1 onion chopped, didn't have celery, covered with 5 cups of water, peppered, no salt, bullion cube has more than enough, cooked on high for about 5 hours, took legs out and the meat fell off the bone, saved trimmed meat in a sealable plastic recloseable bag and returned the bones and skin and gristle back to the crock pot for 2 more hours of cooking... then drained the soup making a consomme' that's out of this world... just had a cup of it.. the turkey meat I make in sandwiches, some times nuking with bbq sauce and putting on a bun with grilled onions... You don't have to spend big bucks to have tastey chow...

We got turkey-ed out and use a goose or a duck normally now. It's a little different and just about the right size.

Here's a great leftover turkey recipe if you have any left overs. It comes from Taste of Home.Turkey Florentine

"This creamy dish is one of my family's favorite ways to use up leftover turkey and gravy," adds Emily. "With the spinach and noodles, it's a hearty meal-in-one."
SERVINGS: 6
CATEGORY: Main Dish
METHOD: Baked
TIME: Prep: 15 min. Bake: 25 min. Ingredients:
