Are they too good to be true? So many reviews have shed a positive light on these little foot patches to draw out toxins in the blood, helping a person feel more alert, healthy, as well as help promote better sleep.
Have you tried them? What is your take on this? I'm really thinking of trying some...

I seen a show not that long ago on things advertised on tv and those were featured. They did research on the contents on the patch and didnt find much of anything that they claim were there and being drawn out of the body(and these patches were black with "toxinds"). I do know the main complaint on them were the smell, they smelled awful and if you touch them and get it on your hands your hands smelled bad also.

I tried the AVON ones. Put them on my feet at bedtime. They were black in the morning, but I didn't feel any different.

I think they originated in Japan.. because my Nephew Ernst Luther tried them overnight and woke up with slant eyes, craving rice for breakfast, and a compulsion to bomb Pearl Harbor..
