Whichever the Mexican or Spanish rice turns out to be... sticky or dry.. lots of seasoning, lots of meat and peppers, tomatoes, and onions... or mix it with the sauce from the enchiladas... or if nothing else, mix it with the refried beans

if cooked for a roast i like it with gravy on top from the roast drippings... Spanish rice i love it spicy.. hubby and kids top it with sour cream.. (it also cuts the spice)... we usually have Spanish rice with fried pork chops.. mom always but cooked bacon in hers it was good but i cut that part out of mine... but good either way... Uncle Ben's is not sticky.. others can be if over cooked... but if the seasonings are right it wont matter..

I mostly like sticky rice if I eat it with something on it...beans, gumbo, whatever.
I will eat it either way and just about any version of rice. I love it however it's fixed. When you eat it with beans or gumbo or gravy or something along that line, sticky is better. It holds the juices better.
