Oh well .. I like humus .. it is a good dip, condiment and source of protien.
I use a regular size can of chick-pea's Drain the liquid and rinse the peas Put the peas in the food processor Add as much garlic as I dare Throw in a good amount of cumin .. till it smells nice and smokey Thin the mixture with organic chicken broth
Wala .. dip!

You should try it .. good on any kind of cracker or veggie .. but I like it on Pita chips
