I recently ate at a Bennigan's resturant and ordered the most delicious hamburger I have ever ate. It had a Guinnesses (sp?) beer savory sauce on it and gosh I'd love to have that recipe.
Anybody familiar with this? It was just to die for!

Guinness Ale, Stout, Dark Beer, is just that... it's Stark! Bold! It Challenges your beer buds! Something close I've found at HEB is Michelob's Porter... dark dark bold and dark... did I mention dark and bold... Use the Guinness or Michelobs Porters in recipes that ask for a beer..
