when you hang a right and catch the New Ulm\Industry Expressway you used to see a barn with a big Aggie Flag painted on it... don't know if that's still there..

there used to be an eccentric that lived in that area... bred draught horses and such.. found much joy in assisting the process, always glad to lend a hand... he was famous for bringing in the hot air balloons and some local celebrities who sunburned easily... wouldn't be surprised to see a bison or two in that area.. maybe some emu's .. or some mama llama's.. or some papa alpaca''s.. I've always regarded that area as a sort of Bermuda Triangle of Colorado County...

I did see some emu's in that area farther down the road from the buffalo. I need to make that trip again just to get pictures of those.

Thank you Sage. I took them in mid-day and had to adjust to lighting somewhat.

Good idea but I have alot of pictures and it would be hard to pick which to go into the book. I take alot of pictures just outside my back door and around my house of flowers, bugs, butterflies, birds and even squirrels. Here is a scrapbook page I made of pictures taken out my backdoor... I had it blown up to 16x20 and mounted on mat board, just got it in today...one of the corners was bent. It still is really pretty.
