do flouders only "run" a certain time of the year? and why are they running? can't they just swim where they are going

no flunder run for comm'l fishermen come november; law changes forbids them from taking advantage of any; and restricts rec sportsmen to only 5 fishes per day

I want some grilled Flounder Fillets! with a baked potato and all the trimmings, and just sliced tomatoes, green onions, wedge of lettuce, different dressings... then a relish tray laden with pickled okra, pickled cauliflower, pickled asparagus, those little pickled cocktail onions (pearls), and some peppers (mild to mid-hot).... bread would be homemade rolls with real butter and fig preserves... ice tea with lime... banana pudding for dessert... <burp>
