Anybody out there have a used AB Lounge for Sale? Just did 30 miles on the Exercycle and I need to work on the middle stuff.. I know the AB Lounge works because one Summer I sold the Slim Gyms and just demo'ing those things kept my stomach in shape.. PM me if you have one for sale.. TIA

There's one on Craigslist Houston ads under Sporting goods for $40.00 but they're in Humble.

Dunno though. By the time you buy gas to drive to Humble to the dudes house to pick it up, you'll prob break even.

Wonder if The Bean is any good. I think it's a little cheaper.

I think it's black and grey and you air it up. Then you lay on it and rock. They may make them in red though. Not sure.

I wouldn't recommend a red one... that would make "The Bean" look too much like a giant Cherry Flavored Gummi Bear Candy and you'd go out and eat a coupla handsful after every workout... the black ones make me hungry for some licorice..

The ab roller worked great with me. However that was when I was a lot younger. Now at 60 plus it is hard for me to get down on the floor. I found a ab and back plus at a resale shop. This one you sit in and rock back and forth, It is made by Body by Jake. I already lost a inch in my waist, without even working to hard and I can even hold my stomach muscles in now.

That's Great! Like I said earlier, they work just like the "Slim Gym" and I had the same results just selling and demoing the darn things..

I saw an infomercial yesterday for a Core something or other. You lean over what looks like tall table from the waist up. You put your feet between bars and swing your legs up (like to a standing position, except you would be horizontal to the floor). I can't remember the name of it, I know the first 4 letters were Core....... They showed the same type equipment in a physical therapy environment and said it has been used professionally for years. It is suppose to work your core muscles. Anyone else see this or know what it is called?
