Two Twenty minute sessions on the stationary exercycle. With a twenty minute break between the two sessions. Speed is 15 mph so that's 10 miles. I started this way back in January taking it excruciatingly slow... started off just doing a mile or two a day over a 6 or 8 hour period and SLOWLY added more miles and shortened the exercise period to one hour total. Next Goal in about a week or two is to cut down the 20 minute rest period between sessions and do one continuous 40 minute. Then I will add more miles till I get 15 miles in one hour, no break.. then I will add an afternoon session.. In the meanwhile will be starting slow and working on the upper torso with my dumbells.. slowly.. slowly... slowly build up in that regimen.. (It helped when I moved my cycle out of the corner to the edge of my computer desk.. I can watch telly and the computer screen and listen to the radio and the scanner while I cycle.)

;D I was thinking the same thing....but don't forget the added workout of walking back to the table, chair, computer, wherever and picking up of the cup, putting it to the mouth, and then back down! Phew!

I wish I had the energy to exercise in the morning. Guess it's something I'll have to skip.

My spouse wants me to start walking with him tomorrow, hopefully after standing on my feet all day at work I'll still have the energy to go walking.
