i start my day off with a bowl of microwaved brown sugar oatmeal - the low sugar variety. it has 120 calories - and is sweet. it stays with me pretty good to.

3 fried eggs 4 or 5 sausage patties 3 pieces of toast 2 glasses of orange juice
lunch 2 chicken fried steaks baked potato red beans corn on the cob

Went to Texas Seafood in EL last nite and blew my diet... Ate the nine jumbo fried shrimp, left the taters alone at least.
Weight loss as of yesterday morning was 45 1/2 pounds.

OMG Maniac!!!!! Wonder what your arteries look like? ?? ha ha....... At least I know what my butt would look like after even 1 day like that......BIG! Does it seem to anyone else that you work all week to take of 1 or maybe 2 lbs and then if you mess up just one weekend you can gain 5 more??? Don't know if it's being female, bad metabolism, being bohemian, or just plain bad weight karma??

Well, yeah, somewhat WMDM....but it's still in my head. I just need to gain the power again.... lol Thinking about getting on the B12 injections. I hear they give ya a good pump start. Anybody heard of this? B12/Lipo or something...

Well, this is the first week that I havent lost any weight at all. But I have not gained any either. Well .. I take that back .. I think that there was a week back there a while ago that I had the same thing happen. But .. still at it .. still working on it.

Oatmeal and Toast. Splenda for the Sweet, Smart Balance for the Butter, and Sugarless Jams for the Whole Wheat Toasties.. I'm still hungry.. I'll eat a bunch of Voortman's Sugarless Cookies, have Tea Cakes, Shortbread Swirls, and Oatmeals... I'll just do one each with a cup of Joe using my Spenda again to sweeten. I WANT BACON.. HEAR ME... AND SAUSAGE.. LOTS OF GREASY SPICY HOT SAUSAGE!!! AND SOME CREAM GRAVY ON BUTTERED BISCUITS USING REAL BUTTER, AND A BOUT 5 OR 6 HEN EGGS FRIED OVER EASY IN THE GREASE THE SAUSAGE AND BACON MADE... AND HASH BROWNS WITH ONIONS AND PEPPERS IN THEM.. ARRRRGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

I dunno my weight right now sorry schools been keepin me busy but i know i've lost alot since i dont have time to eat breakfast on tues/ thursdays and lunch as well i just eat supper those days... then with studying and sleepin the other days i eat less

do any of you ever workout in real Cotton Sweats? that's what they were made 4 and they really do work. if you're serious about losing the weight you should get some. they are not glamorous and you wouldn't want to wear them out on the town but they work, so getcha sum!!!

1 Week later, weighed at the dr's office. 2 pounds less. It's coming off slowly but surely. I'm so glad I didn't gain.
