it's going to take someone to stand up, it will most likely be an illegeal stand, and not honored like in history. Also i hated that they didn't hang moocowi but they might have done a bit better by putting him in jail, now he will most likely turn up dead or missing sooner or later preferably sooner.

Him being a live prisoner as opposed to a dead wanna be terrorist is the better choice in my opinion. It's obvious to me that he wanted to be put to death. He taunted the jury in an effort to make them mad enough to give him the death penalty.
He'd have been much more effective as a martyr for "his" cause then he will be as a life-time prisoner in America's super prison.

Cindy Sheehan and friends can bring him Cookies and get lots of face time on TV.. Don't look forward to seeing all that.
I think they should give him a tv to watch, with nothing but tapes of all the Muslim Women and Children being blown up by his hero Osama and associates
One more afterthought: How many Al Jazeera tapes will we see of kidnapped Non-Muslims begging for their life seeking this scumbag's release? Then comes the beheading or throat slitting torture tape.. That's the main reason I have such a loathing for the liberals that cry over Gitmo and Abu Grave.

Consider this scenerio: What would be you feelings if..
Al Qaeda Terrorists kidnap Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, Nancy Pelosi, Reverend Jesse Jackson, Cynthia McKinney and demand Mousaoui's release or they will Slit their throats on live TV? With Cindy Sheehan, "Richard" Durbin, Harry Reid as alternate hostages?

I would rather see him struggle trying to not to get killed by one of the prisoners than letting him have the 71 virgins... the constant looking over the shoulder...
besides I think he's going to be the next virgin available at least 71 times... ;D
now that is justice and due process....
OH, I forgot to ask.... does anyone know which state he's going to be in (which prison)?

Its called a SuperMax prison.
Solitatary confinement
23 hours a day in his cell, only contact is with prison officials, no other convicts.
I hour outside his cell, in shackles, still no contact with other convicts.
At least 4 to 5 years, then if hes been a good boy, he'll go to a less restricted prison.
Thats when he gets to meet his 71 Ogres. ;D
