Has anyone ever heard of a Cooking Club? Well, I was wondering if anyone would like to do a Lo-Cal Cooking Club - Unleashed. Lets get this thing rolling. Post and Reply to this thread and we can see if there is enough interest.
I am willing to open up my kitchen and my cookbooks .. what do you think?

it is a take off on a baked potato, only it's not. i know it doesn't sound like much, but for those of us that really appreciate the spud, IT WAS DELICIOUS. She used to serve it at the club she used to own and manage.

It was here in little old El Campo, Texas. The fake bake is just a special brand of instant potato, made with all the normal ingredients, cheese, butter, bacon and sour cream. We put the cheese in a microwave proof bowl, add bacon, then the potato's. Put a saucer on top of the bowl. Place bowl in microwave for about a minute. When you take it out of the microwave, flip it over on your serving plate. It makes the cheese turn out on top that way. Then just add the sour cream and green onions or what ever you like. Waa Laa .. Fake Bake.
