obama and the liberals sez that terrorist have rights. Every day the news carries another report about a new rule obama put in place to make sure their rights are not violated. After all this worry about the rights of terrorist by obama and the liberals I bet the next right they worry about is the rights of unborn babies--------no?

Terrorist DO have rights........................
The way I see it......it's just a matter of distance.
If the Terrorist is over 10 miles away you can drop a J-DAM on top of his and "it's all right"
If the Terrorist is 1 to 10 miles away you can call out a A-64 Apache and machine-gun the "chit" out of him.
From 500 yards to a mile you are allowed to take him out with a 50 cal. barrett sniper rifle.
From 50 yards to 500 yards you can only kill a Terrorist with your M-16 and be legal.
Less that 50 yards the book says to use your Baretta M-9 to acheive results.
BUT less than 25 "feet" away a soldier is only allowed to "TALCUM-POWDER HIS BUTT" to try and make him surrender.....

obama and the liberals sez that terrorist have rights. Actually, it was the founding fathers who said that. You know, that un-American bunch: Franklin, Jefferson, Adams...

Please post a link to it so I can read the part about people wanting to kill Americans have the same rights as American citizens have. Don't go give me a link that show rights of American citizens. I want one that shows the rights of terrorist

Well over a week has gone by with NO LINKS. Why is that? Founding fathers gives rights to terrorist. Ask for proof and NOTHING.
obama has issued an executive order that will close Guantanamo. He is also insisting on treating the detained terrorist as soldiers under international law (the Geneva conventions), which specifically excludes them from such a designation since they are waging war illegally. He also wants to treat them as American citizens for the purpose of applying constitutional-like due process standards in determining their fate------this flies in the face of legal and historical precedent. Terrorist, the earliest of whom were pirates, have never been considered equivalent to regular armed forces by any president other than obama.

obama's plan: make the right appear to be the ones that demanded withdrawal.. How to do that: The Bastard simply makes the Rules of Engagement in Favor of the Terrorists.. we're hearing "fight to win or pull out" more and more every day..

Per the SOCTUS, yes, terrorists have rights: Supreme Court: Terrorist Suspects Have Rights The Supreme Court ruled Thursday that foreign terrorism suspects held at Guantanamo Bay have rights under the Constitution to challenge their detention in U.S. civilian courts. In its third rebuke of the Bush administration's treatment of prisoners, the court ruled 5-4 that the government is violating the rights of prisoners being held indefinitely and without charges at the U.S. naval base in Cuba. The court's liberal justices were in the majority. Justice Anthony Kennedy, writing for the court, said, "The laws and Constitution are designed to survive, and remain in force, in extraordinary times." - www.techimo.com/forum/debateimo-politics-religion-controversy/209782-supreme-court-terrorist-suspects-have-rights.html

- Abdul Hakim Murad, of al-Qaeda's Operation Bojinka
- Ahmed Ajaj, of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing
- Ahmed Omar Abu Ali, Al Qaeda conspirator in several plots, including one to assassinate U.S. President George W. Bush
- Ahmed Ressam, of the 2000 millennium attack plots
- Jose Padilla, convicted of aiding terrorists
- Mahmud Abouhalima, of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing
- Mohamed Rashed Daoud Al-Owhali, of the 1998 U.S. embassy bombings
- Mohammed A. Salameh, of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing
- Mohammed Ali Hassan Al-Moayad, would-be financier of al-Qaeda and Hamas, serving 75 years
- Mohammed Odeh is one of the four former al-Qaeda members sentenced to life imprisonment in 2001 for their parts in the 1998 United States embassy bombings.
- Mohammed Mansour Jabarah A Canadian convicted of terrorism-related offences
- Khalfan Khamis Mohamed, participant in the 1998 United States embassy bombings
- James Ujaama, who tried to develop an al-Qaeda camp in Oregon

Covington & Burling, LLP and a few others might have something to do with that. They were delaying any legal activity at Gitmo... Good try though..
Note: our fine U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder was a partner in Covington & Burling.

According to the Geneva Convention, they could have been executed on the spot being an un-uniformed combatant. and as no country claims them, they are renegades like pirates. And like pirates of the 1800's when cought........Hang them..........Wrap their bodies with cloth and tar.............and them let them hang from the gibbit untill they rot away.

Do you realize most of the people sent to GITMO were not guilty, so why would you advocate killing these people? It sounds as if you know very little about the prisoners at GITMO: - Since January 2002, 779 men have been seized and brought to Guantanamo - Eight men died in the prison camp and 600 have been released - Most of them have been released without charge or transferred to facilities in their home countries - In July 2005, 242 detainees were moved out of Guantanamo, including 173 that were released without charge, and 69 transferred to the governments of other countries - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guantanamo_Bay_detention_camp

well "Redneckbob".. you;ve convinced me how wonderful, how great obama is. I'm going to vote for him for sure now... as soon as I can find the "Caucasians for Obama" Ethnic Association, ..already found the "African Americans for Obama" and the "Latinos for Obama" group.. I have to wipe some things out of my memory first.. that God and Guns remark, his offering to make more concessions to Russia after the election, his religious indoctrination into "Black Liberation Theology"... His father figure and Mentor pleading for God to Dam* the United States..the United States of kkk, his inauguration prayer that accuses "Whites on not embracing what is Right".. His EPA hatchet man crucifying 6 coal fired Power plants in Texas, his moratorium on Gulf Drilling, his staff of Commie lovers and white haters, his appointments to the Supreme Court, . in fact every time he opens his flapping jaws and poses reading his script from the Teleprompter he says something that takes away a little something from our Nation... you'll pretend you don't know what i'm talking about or claim that I'm a racists.. go right ahead.. what you and your kind label me doesn't change the facts.. the truth rules

You are on the side of our Enemy.. a Enemy who hates me, my family, my friends, my Country, my History, my Religion, and all things that made America Great... and you've got all the weirdos and criminals on your side... Pat yourself on your back...

" You are on the side of our Enemy.. a Enemy who hates me, my family, my friends, my Country, my History, my Religion, and all things that made America Great... "
Wow, just wow. A little paranoid, yes? We don't hate you and just about all the policies that have been implemented over the last 3 year have put this country back on track. Obama managed to completely reverse the economic slide and pull us out of a near depression in 32 months, plus accomplish the following:
- Businesses are sitting on record amounts of cash: $2T - Businesses set record profits in 2011 - Retail sales have reversed their negative slide - Most all of TARP has been repaid - Saved the last major manufacturing industry in America - Reduced deficit spending 7.6% in one year
A few key stats to note: - GDP decline when Obama took office: -6% - GDP last quarter: 2.7% positive growth - Dow Jones when Obama came into office: 8,000 - Dow Jones now: 12,800
- 30 straight months of job growth - No longer losing 800,000 jobs a month - Now adding jobs at a steady pace
A decent list of legislation passed: - DADT - Fair pay - Recovery Act - Credit card reform - Health Care Reform - Student loan reform - SCHIP Expansion - Financial Reform reform
Also need to consider the following:
- Launched recovery.gov to track spending from the Recovery Act, providing transparency and allowing the public to report fraud, waste, or abuse
- Provided the Department of Veterans Affairs with more than $1.4 billion to improve services to America's Veterans
- Signed the Children's Health Insurance Reauthorization Act, which provides health care to 11 million kids
- 4 million of whom were previously uninsured
- Issued executive order to repeal Bush era restrictions on federal funding for embryonic stem cell research
- Signed the Christopher and Dana Reeve Paralysis Act, the first piece of comprehensive legislation aimed at improving the lives of Americans living with paralysis
- Signed the Weapons Systems Acquisition Reform Act to stop fraud and wasteful spending in the defense procurement and contracting system
- Ended Bush administration's CIA program of 'enhanced interrogation methods' by requiring that the Army field manual be used as the guide for terrorism interrogations
- Established Credit Card Bill of Rights, preventing credit card companies from imposing arbitrary rate increases on customers
- Health Care Reform Bill, preventing insurance companies from denying insurance because of a pre-existing condition
- Tax cuts for up to 3.5 million small businesses to help pay for employee health care coverage
- Tax credits for up to 29 million individuals to help pay for health insurance
- Require health insurance plans to disclose how much of the premium actually goes to patient care
- Significantly increased funding for the Violence Against Women Act

Since Obama was sworn in as president, my federal controlled fees and expenses have gone up 180%, fuel has risen 280%, and I have 4 new agencys to deal with and my expected profit has dropped 25%, and my customers are in the same boat. I've hired 2 less employees and now the county wants to raise my taxes. who knows what my federal taxes are going to be........
That' what Obama has done for me..........

"who knows what my federal taxes are going to be........"
- federal incomes taxes are the lowest they've been in 50+ year - Obama cut federal income taxes for 98% of working Americans - Over 40% of the country doesn't pay federal income taxes
Your federal income taxes are going up, I hope. Everyone needs to do their part in paying down the debt -- including you.
